Two classic ingredients with a little twist can easily become your new signature side dish! Simply, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, then roast. This recipe has such a unique combination of flavors that will have your guests wanting more! Add sliced carrots to a hot pan and toss them in olive oil. Let them simmer for 8-10 minutes then add some sliced green onions. Then you’re ready to go!
Maple Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes
This is a great side dish option for those who don’t love vegetables. The sweet flavors really bring it all together! Simply prepare a baking sheet with oiled paper. Then, place the Brussels sprouts, cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic, maple syrup, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt in a large bowl and toss to fully coat.
